Interconnection Customer Compensation for Actions During Emergency Condition The CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff for its provision of real and reactive power and other Emergency Condition services that the Interconnection Customer provides to support the CAISO Controlled Grid during an Emergency Condition in accordance with Article 11.6.

OGS Centralized Contract Modifications OGS, an Authorized User, or the Contractor may suggest modifications to the Centralized Contract or its Appendices. Partial Disposal During Term of Service Agreement Throughout the Term of the Service Agreement, LEA may request partial disposal of Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement that is no longer needed. Underutilization and Early Termination Charges If Customer’s Total Service Charges do not reach the AVC in any Contract Year during the Initial Term, Customer shall pay an “Underutilization Charge” equal to 25% of the unmet AVC. Monthly Management Fee Payment On the first business day of each month, each class of each Fund shall pay the management fee to the Investment Manager for the previous month. The fee for the previous month shall be the sum of the Daily Management Fee Calculations for each calendar day in the previous month.
INTERIM MAINTENANCE PERIOD During the interim maintenance period between obtaining of the completion certificate of Project and formation and operationalization of the Association the Promoter shall through itself or through a facility management company constitute a committee to run, operate, manage and maintain the Common Areas.
