INVOICING FOR TASK ORDERS. For task order Services, invoices must include the following information as applicable to the relevant task order being invoiced against (in addition to any standard information): 1. substantiation of hours worked using: a. a detailed daily timesheet; b. itemization to the task level; and c. breakdown by service area (if the Contract covers more than one area) and Contract Amendment (if any apply); 2. authorizations and receipts for all allowable reimbursable items being invoiced; and 3. Contractor’s certification that the invoice has been examined and to the best of Contractor’s knowledge and belief the invoiced amounts are entitled, correct, and accurate as can be demonstrated by the contractually-required books and records upon State’s demand.
