Common use of Investment Funds Clause in Contracts

Investment Funds. Except for Participants' Sweep and loan Accounts, the Trust shall be maintained in various Investment Funds. The Administrator shall select the Investment Funds offered to Participants and may change the number or composition of the Investment Funds, subject to the terms and conditions agreed to with the Trustee.
