Each of the persons covered by the definition of "Knowledge" set forth in Section 1 has reviewed, with counsel to the Contributor, the other representations and warranties contained in, and the Schedules that relate to, this Section 3 to the extent that they relate to such person's area of responsibility or expertise and has made a reasonable inquiry as to the accuracy and completeness of such representations, warranties and Schedules.
