Common use of Investigation of Complaints Clause in Contracts

Investigation of Complaints. Subject to Section 75 of this Agreement, all complaints concerning the conduct of one or more University Special Constables shall be investigated by the Special Constable Employer to determine whether the Special Constable’s conduct constitutes misconduct, contravened the terms and conditions of the Special Constable’s Certificate of Appointment, or contravened any provision of the Act.
