Inventory Disposition. Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement for any reason, Customer will purchase, or cause a third party to purchase, all remaining Proprietary Products and Special Order Products in SYSCO’s inventory at SYSCO’s Cost plus a reasonable transfer and warehouse handling charge.
