Common use of Inventors’ Distribution Clause in Contracts

Inventors’ Distribution. With respect to the Parties’ policies and agreements for sharing with its Inventors a portion of the Net Consideration, each Party shall be responsible for making its own distributions to its respective Inventors; and the Managing Party shall not have any responsibility to make any distributions to the Other Parties’ Inventors.
