Common use of Invention Assignment and Confidentiality Agreement Clause in Contracts

Invention Assignment and Confidentiality Agreement. Each current and former employee, consultant and contractor of the Company has entered into and executed an Invention Assignment and Confidentiality Agreement in the form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit G or an employment or consulting agreement containing substantially similar terms. No such employee, consultant or contractor has excluded works or inventions from his or her assignment of inventions to such employee or contractor's Invention Assignment and Confidentiality Agreement. The Company is not aware that any of its employees, consultants or contractors are in violation of such agreement.
