Common use of INVALIDITY CLAUSE Clause in Contracts

INVALIDITY CLAUSE. If any term of this agreement is or becomes invalid or void in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions of this agreement shall not be affected. A valid term whose economic outcome corresponds to the objective of the invalid term or approaches it as closely as possible shall be arranged in place of the invalid provision.
