INVALIDITY CLAUSE. If any term of this agreement is or becomes invalid or void in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions of this agreement shall not be affected. A valid term whose economic outcome corresponds to the objective of the invalid term or approaches it as closely as possible shall be arranged in place of the invalid provision.
INVALIDITY CLAUSE. The invalidity of any clause contained herein shall not render any other provision invalid and the balance of this Agreement shall be binding upon all parties hereto.
INVALIDITY CLAUSE. In case one of the clauses of the Payment Scheme Membership Agreement is invalid or not applicable, the Parties undertake to act in good faith in order to replace this clause by a legal, legitimate, and enforceable clause. The Parties also undertake, within the framework of these negotiations, to arrive at a Payment Scheme Membership Agreement that is as close as possible to the original intent of the Parties.
INVALIDITY CLAUSE. If a portion of this Lease is declared invalid, the remainder must remain in full force and effect.
