Common use of Invalidity and enforceability Clause in Contracts

Invalidity and enforceability. (a) If any provision of this Contract is invalid under the law of any jurisdiction the provision is enforceable in that jurisdiction to the extent that it is not invalid, whether it is in severable terms or not. Paragraph (a) does not apply where enforcement of the provision of this Contract in accordance with paragraph (a) would
