Common use of Invalidity and enforceability Clause in Contracts

Invalidity and enforceability. 19.1 It is the intention of the parties hereto that this Deed shall be enforceable to the fullest extent allowed by law. In the event that a court having jurisdiction holds any provision of this Deed to be invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, the parties hereto agree that, if allowed by law, that provision shall be reduced to the degree necessary to render it valid and enforceable without affecting the rest of this Deed.
