Invalidity and enforceability. (a) Any provision of the Contract which is invalid or unenforceable will not affect the remaining provisions of the Contract which remain in full force and effect. (b) If any provision of the Contract is found to be invalid or unenforceable but would be valid or enforceable if some part of the provision were deleted, the provision in question will apply with such modification as may be necessary to make it valid.
