INTRODUCTORY STATEMENT. Terms not defined in this Introductory Statement shall have the meanings specified in Article 1 hereof. Reference is made to that certain fixed rate loan (the “Whole Loan”) that was co-originated by JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association (“JPMCB”), Citi Real Estate Funding Inc.
