Common use of Introduction and Overview Clause in Contracts

Introduction and Overview. This Agreement governs the deployment and use of the Symphony Classroom Solution (including the Symphony Classroom AI Hubs and other Symphony Classroom Offerings), procured by the Institution during the Term for use in classroom instruction (all capitalized terms as defined below). Because the Symphony Classroom Solution is capable of capturing and interpreting Voice Audio (as defined below), deployment or certain uses of the Symphony Classroom Solution may require the consent of persons as a matter of applicable law. Certain uses and features of the Symphony Classroom Solution may require the Institution to enter into additional contract terms in Subscriptions (as defined below). Individual Subscriptions may be for different durations and provide different functionality than other Subscriptions entered into by the Institution for specific Symphony Classroom AI Hubs or other Symphony Classroom Offerings.
