Intra-Unit Relations. Since it is to the benefit of all that harmonious fraternal relations prevail in the Town, any disputes which may arise between and among members of the unit and which have major consequences on their performances shall at the Board of Selectmen’s discretion be referred to the bargaining agent for mediation and resolution.
