Interviews, Speeches or Writings About Viacom. Except in the performance of your duties under this Agreement consistent with Viacom’s policies, you shall obtain the express authorization of the Company before (i) giving any speeches or interviews or (ii) preparing or assisting any person or entity in the preparation of any books, articles, radio broadcasts, electronic communications, television or motion picture productions or other creations, in either case concerning Viacom or any of its respective businesses, officers, directors, agents, employees, suppliers or customers.
