Common use of Interruption or Delay of Services Clause in Contracts

Interruption or Delay of Services. Landlord may slow down, interrupt, delay, or shut down any of the services or Utilities outlined in this Part 8 on account of repairs, maintenance or alterations to any equipment or other parts of the Building and where practical, Landlord shall schedule such interruptions, delays, slow downs, or stoppage so as to minimize any inconvenience to Tenant. Landlord shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, losses, or injuries caused.
