INTERPRETATIONS/ DEFINITIONS. 1.1 The Residence Agreement (the Agreement) is a legally binding document between you and the BISC. It is in place so that expectations are clear and to reduce understandings between the BISC and the student. It is important that you read and understand this Agreement before committing to live at the BISC. 1.2 In these terms and conditions "you" means the student accepting the Agreement and "we” means The ▇▇▇▇▇ International Study Centre. The expressions "your" "our" and "us" should be read accordingly.
