Common use of Interpretation Rules Clause in Contracts

Interpretation Rules. Except as expressly indicated otherwise, in the interpretation of this Agreement: (i) the headings and titles shall not limit or impact, on any account, the interpretation of the text, which were included, therefore, solely for purposes of convenience and reference; (ii) the terms “including”, “inclusive”, “includes”, “included” and related and similar terms shall be construed as accompanied by the expression “among others” and, therefore, for purposes of clarification and never for purposes of limitation;
