INTERPRETATION OF THIS OPTION AGREEMENT. All decisions and interpretations made by the Board or the Compensation Committee thereof with regard to any question arising under the Plan or this Option Agreement shall be binding and conclusive on the Corporation and the Optionee and any other person entitled to exercise the Option as provided for herein.
