Interpretation of Code. The Service Provider shall consult with the County Fire Marshal if any questions regarding the interpretation or application of the KCC Title 17 necessary to carry out the provisions of this Agreement arise. The County retains authority to make all discretionary decisions required by the KCC Title 17 and, if necessary, to reverse or modify any discretionary decisions made by the Service Provider in its performance under this Agreement.
