The table of contents and headings contained in this Plan are for reference purposes only and are not part of this Plan. Whenever the words "include," "includes" or "including" are used in this Plan, they shall be deemed to be followed by the words "without limitation." No provision of this Agreement shall be construed to require the Company, PNC or any of their respective subsidiaries or affiliates to take any action that would violate any applicable law, rule or regulation.
