Interpolation. If the Adjusted Share Price on the measurement date as set forth on Exhibit A is between the Threshold and the Half-Target, the Half-Target and Target, the Target and the Double Target, or the Double Target and the Triple Target Maximum, the Performance Multiple applicable to the Stock Units shall be the number that is the mathematical linear interpolation between the Performance Multiple applicable at the defined ends of the applicable spectrum.
