Common use of INTERNSHIP TERMINATION Clause in Contracts

The Parties agreed that there will be a one (1) week trial period where either the Student or Sponsor may terminate the internship for any reason provided that the terminating party gives the other parties written notice within the trial period. Issues should be reported to the Student’s RISD Department Head, the Student’s RISD Internship Advisor, RISD’s Career Center Internship Manager, and Supervisor.
