Every time a warranty claim is made for a product that is not connected to the Internet, the product owner is obliged to organize an on-site inspection and data collection by qualified personnel under the direction of HANCHU. XXXXXX will monitor the performance of the product and notify the owner of the product via the Internet of any defects found during the warranty period, provided that the product is connected to the Internet. Otherwise, once the product is found to be defective or latently defective during the warranty period, the product owner shall notify HANCHU as soon as reasonably practicable.
