INTERNET PROTOCOL TECHNOLOGY. (a) In order to facilitate the wide scale adoption of IPv6, if this Agreement involves the acquisition of products that use Internet Protocol (IP) technology, the Seller agrees (1) that the products shall comply with current IPv6 standards as defined in ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇-▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/usgv6/index.html and operate with both IPv6 and IPv4 systems and products; and (2) to provide technical support for IPv6 equivalent to that provided for IPv4. (b) Should the Seller find that the Statement of Work or specifications of this Agreement do not conform to IPv6 standards, it must notify the Procurement Officer of such nonconformance and act in accordance with instructions of the Procurement Officer.

INTERNET PROTOCOL TECHNOLOGY. [Jun 2025]‌ (a) In order to facilitate the wide-scale adoption of IPv6, if this agreement involves the acquisition of Information Technology (IT) that uses Internet Protocol (IP) technology, Seller agrees: (1) That all deliverables that involve IT that use IP (products, services, software, etc.) are fully functional in an IPv6- only environment and comply with current IPv6 standards and technical capabilities as defined in the USGv6 Profile; and (2) To provide IPv6 technical support for fielded product management, development, and implementation available. (b) If Seller plans to offer a deliverable that involves IT that is not initially compliant, then ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to: (1) Obtain the Procurement Representative’s approval before starting work on the deliverable (2) Have IPv6 technical support for fielded product management, development and implementation available. (c) Should Seller find that the Statement of Work or specifications of this agreement do not conform to IPv6 standards, Seller should notify the Procurement Representative of such nonconformance and act in accordance with the instructions of the Procurement Representative.
INTERNET PROTOCOL TECHNOLOGY. The Master Contract may result in task orders involving the acquisition of information technologies (IT) using Internet Protocol (IP) technology. The Contractor agrees: (1) all deliverables involving IT using IP (products, services, software, etc.) will comply with IPv6 standards and interoperate with both IPv6 and IPv4 systems and products; and (2) it has IPv6 technical support for fielded product management, development, and implementation available. If the Contractor plans to offer a deliverable involving IT that is not initially compliant, the Contractor must (1) obtain the ordering agency CO’s approval before starting work on the deliverable; and (2) have IPv6 technical support for fielded product management, development, and implementation available. Should the Contractor find the SOW, PWS or specifications of an order does not conform to IPv6 standards, it must notify the OCO of such nonconformance and act in accordance with the instructions of the OCO.
