Internet Availability. Licensor does not grant exclusivity protection against the availability of the Picture on the Internet within the Territory. Licensor only agrees, subject to Paragraph , that until the end of the Holdback for any Video Licensed Rights, Licensor will not authorize making the Picture available on the Internet in any Authorized Language for downloading at reasonably identifiable locations in the Territory.
