Internet Access Point Sample Clauses
The 'Internet Access Point' clause defines the specific location or method through which parties to an agreement can connect to and access internet services provided under the contract. Typically, this clause will specify whether the access point is a physical location, such as a designated network port within a facility, or a virtual endpoint, like a particular IP address or gateway. By clearly identifying where and how internet connectivity is established, this clause helps prevent disputes over service boundaries and responsibilities, ensuring both parties understand their obligations regarding network access and usage.
