Internet Access - Customer Risk. Instructions by Customers to access their accounts via Internet to Royal Bank shall be secured between RBC Internet Server located in Toronto, Canada and Royal Bank computer in Nassau (Bahamas and Cayman Islands) or Bridgetown (Barbados and East Caribbean). Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement, Royal Bank will not assume liability for data information en route to/from the Customers Internet service provider to Royal Bank.
