Common use of International Registry Clause in Contracts

International Registry. evidence in a priority search certificate from the International Registry that there are no International Interests, prospective International Interests or other interests registered in the International Registry in relation to the Airframe or any Engine;

International Registry. evidence in a “priority search certificate certificate” from the International Registry that there are no International Interests, prospective International Interests or other interests registered in the International Registry in relation to the Airframe or any Engine, other than those arising under the transactions contemplated by the Operative Documents or in respect of Lessor Liens or prospective Lessor Liens;
