Common use of International Assignment Clause in Contracts

International Assignment. On July 1, 2014, the parties entered into a letter agreement setting forth the terms and conditions of the Executive’s extended international assignment to London and secondment to Aon plc, which letter agreement amended certain terms of the parties’ original letter agreement dated as of January 12, 2012 (collectively, the “International Assignment Letters”).
