Common use of Internal Services Clause in Contracts

Internal Services. 6.1 The Internal Services are Services which will specifically be provided to KTSA and will be provided by suitably qualified, skilled and experienced employees and consultants nominated by Lifezone and approved in writing by KTSA acting reasonably (each a Lifezone Appointee). The Lifezone Appointees will be: (a) ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇; (b) [***]; and (c) any other suitably qualified, skilled and experienced employees and consultants nominated by Lifezone and approved in writing by KTSA acting reasonably (each a “Lifezone Consultant”). 6.2 Lifezone will procure that ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and [***] will remain Lifezone Appointees until such time as: (a) KTSA notifies Lifezone, in writing, that either and/or both of them are no longer required to be a Lifezone Appointee (which notification KTSA shall be entitled to furnish at any time); or (b) this Agreement is terminated.
