Internal Mail Services. The internal mail distribution service of the Employer shall be available for reasonable use by the Union in connection with its representational duties and for recruitment. The availability of mail service does not include the United States mail and messenger service operated by the U.S. Postal Service, or the use of United States mail under the indicia.
