Internal Documentation. Internal documentation (e.g., training or instruction manuals) referencing the other Party’s trademarks will not require the prior approval of the other Party, provided that such materials comply with such Party’s applicable brand guidelines and trademark policies. Any such materials which include JPMC trademarks will clearly indicate the trademarks are owned by JPMC and that the materials may not be distributed externally.
