Internal Dispute Resolution. Except in circumstances where the time required for application of this dispute resolution procedure would cause irreparable harm, any claim, controversy or dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, which cannot otherwise be resolved after good faith negotiations by the Parties, shall be resolved as follows: 19.1.1 The dispute shall initially be referred jointly to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Senior Vice President, or his successor and ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Senior Vice President for Business Development or his successor. These Senior Representatives of the Parties shall attempt to resolve the dispute within seven (7) calendar days of either Party submitting the dispute to the Senior Representatives. 19.1.2 If the Senior Representatives are unable to resolve the dispute within such time period, the dispute shall be submitted in writing to the chief executive officer respectively of CTIA and Registry. The chief executive officers shall attempt to resolve the dispute within fourteen (14) calendar days of such submission. 19.1.3 If the matter has not been resolved under the above procedure within twenty-one (21) calendar days of the commencement of such procedure, any Party wishing to pursue the matter may resort to binding arbitration as provided in the Section 19.2. 19.1.4 The above calendar day periods may be extended by mutual written agreement of the Parties.
