Internal Control System Requirements. An internal control system (ICS) is used to store and process a copy of the daily transactions provided by the CGS prior to a drawing and will be used to ensure that no transactions on the CGS are added or modified. ICS transactions will be processed independently of the CGS and results must match those provided by the CGS prior to and immediately following a drawing. A Party Lottery’s ICS must be approved by the appropriate Product Group prior to use.
