Internal Communications Protocols. (a) In addition to the specific rights of ING Group set forth elsewhere in this Agreement, until the Third Threshold Date, the Company and ING Group agree to mutually consult with respect to internal communications of the Company which could reasonably be expected to be material to ING Group.
