Common use of INTERMISSIONS Clause in Contracts

INTERMISSIONS. The EMPLOYER agrees that there shall be a fifteen (15) minute intermission between ballets which require a change of costume and make-up by ARTISTS appearing in both ballets. There shall be a call ten (10) minutes prior to the appearance of the ARTISTS ni such second (2nd) ballet advising the ARTISTS that they shall be required on stage five (5) minutes after such call.
