Common use of INTERMISSIONS Clause in Contracts

INTERMISSIONS. a) Musicians shall be entitled to five (5) minutes of intermission for each one- half (1/2) hour of service. The Centre may, subject to the approval of the Orchestra Committee, schedule twenty minute intermissions for single intermission opera, operetta and ballet performances scheduled for three hours' duration. The intermissions may be taken separately or together subject to the following: b) All performances shall have an intermission of not less than twenty (20) minutes, during which coffee or tea will be provided at the Centre's expense. c) Except for dress rehearsals or performances as enumerated in 6.06 (a) [ii], and the Governor General Performing Arts Awards, no Musicians as described in
