Common use of Interment Services Clause in Contracts

Interment Services. a. Interments in City cemeteries shall be conducted in compliance with City code, Chapter 10-1-3. b. Contractor is responsible for verifying ownership through existing cemetery ownership records ownership of the plot prior to burial. c. Funeral set-up. Contractor shall retain ultimate responsibility for the performance of this Contract even if performance under subcontract. Funeral set-up includes: i.
