Common use of INTERMEDIARY Clause in Contracts

INTERMEDIARY. Xxxxx X Xxxxxxx & Co Ltd is hereby recognised as the Intermediary negotiating this agreement for all business hereunder. All communications (including but not limited to notices, statements, premiums, return premiums, commissions, taxes, losses, loss adjustment expenses, salvages, and loss settlements) relating thereto shall be transmitted to the Company or Reinsurers through the office of Xxxxx X Xxxxxxx & Co Ltd, Landmark House, 00 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, XX0X 0XX. Payments by the Company to the Intermediary shall be deemed to constitute payment to Reinsurers. Payments by Reinsurers to the Intermediary shall be deemed only to constitute payment to the Company to the extent that such payments are actually received by the Company.
