Interinstitutional cooperation. 1. The Parties agree on the need to promote closer administrative cooperation between the institutions concerned. 2. Such cooperation shall be as broad-based as possible and shall focus in particular on: (a) any means of fostering regular exchanges of information, including joint development of computerized communication networks; (b) advice and training; (c) transfer of know-how.
