Interim Review Process Clause Samples

The Interim Review Process clause establishes a formal mechanism for periodically evaluating the progress or performance of a project, contract, or agreement before its final completion. Typically, this process involves scheduled assessments at predetermined milestones, where parties review deliverables, compliance, or outcomes and may provide feedback or request adjustments. Its core practical function is to ensure ongoing alignment with objectives, identify issues early, and allow for timely corrective actions, thereby reducing the risk of project failure or misunderstandings.
