Interim Removal Clause Samples

The Interim Removal clause allows for the temporary removal of an individual, such as an employee or contractor, from their duties or position before a final decision is made regarding their status. Typically, this clause is invoked when there are allegations of misconduct, performance issues, or other concerns that require investigation, but where immediate action is necessary to protect the interests of the organization or ensure safety. Its core practical function is to provide a mechanism for managing risk and maintaining operational integrity while due process is followed, ensuring that potential issues are addressed promptly without waiting for a full resolution.
