Common use of Interim Maintenance Services Clause in Contracts

Interim Maintenance Services. Contractor will provide the following interim maintenance services and equipment as follows: (a) Interim Maintenance Site Visit (in accordance with the requirements of Article 8(a) of Exhibit B (SOW)) : [*****] per site (b) Interim Maintenance Program Equipment : To be invoiced as a Reimbursable Expense in accordance with Section 1.2(e) above, upon Owner's approval prior to expenditure.
