Common use of Interim hearing Clause in Contracts

Interim hearing. Notice of the Interim Hearing and the relief requested in the Motion has been provided by the Debtors, whether by facsimile, electronic mail, overnight courier, or hand delivery to certain parties in interest, including the Notice Parties. The Debtors have made reasonable efforts to afford the best notice possible under the circumstances, and no other notice is required in connection with the relief set forth in this Interim Order. Based upon the foregoing findings and conclusions, the Motion, the Declarations, and the record before the Court with respect to the Motion, and after due consideration and good and sufficient cause appearing therefor, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
