Interim hearing. Notice of the Interim Hearing and the relief requested in the Motion has been provided by the Debtors, whether by facsimile, electronic mail, overnight courier, or hand delivery to certain parties in interest, including the Notice Parties. The Debtors have made reasonable efforts to afford the best notice possible under the circumstances, and no other notice is required in connection with the relief set forth in this Interim Order.
