Interim Conferences. The parties recognize that interim conferences are an important part of developing and maintaining a high quality workforce. Therefore, employees and supervisors are encouraged to hold interim conferences to evaluate employees’ progress in meeting objectives established during the previous mandatory performance evaluation.
Interim Conferences. The College may provide for interim conferences between an employee and the employee's supervisor to evaluate the employee's progress in meeting objectives established during the previous mandatory performance evaluation.
