Interim Conference Clause Samples
Interim Conference. The Contractor shall participate in an Interim Conference of the prize awardees to report on progress to date, identify issues encountered, share early results, outcomes and challenges, and participate with other teams and conference participants in discussions around issues of common interest. The Contractor shall prepare materials for presentation at the conference regarding the project status, issues encountered and remaining tasks. The timing, method and location of the conference is TBD but is anticipated to occur in the second year of implementation (2023).
Interim Conference. 14.2.2.6.1 Post Observation Conferences should take place within 5 days of the observation, or as soon as practice given scheduling constraints.
14.2.2.6.2 The formal observation must occur no later than November 30th.
14.2.2.6.3 The preliminary summative evaluation must be completed by January 15th and a copy provided by the Administrator.
14.2.2.6.4 The date of the observation and the date of the conference will be noted on the appropriate reports and forms.
14.2.2.6.5 An optional interim conference may take place
14.2.2.6.6 At this point, it is the Administrator's responsibility to provide a plan for successful intervention if there is any question whether the evaluation will be satisfactory. This intervention may include, but not be limited to, any of the following:
Interim Conference. Any interim conference between the Unit member and immediate supervisor shall occur during the month of March.

14.2.2.6.5 Either by agreement of both parties or at the request of the unit member, more than one (1) interim conference may take place.
